Refunds & Cancellations

Ohm Securities

The following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Ohm Securities Pvt. Ltd. for account opening or any other services, irrespective of the mode of payment used.

1. Non-Refundable Charges

All fees paid towards:

• Account opening for Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, or Currency segments

• KYC processing

• Any other service or activation charges

are non-refundable, once paid.

2. Document Collection

Pickup of physical documents required for account opening is strictly subject to the availability of Ohm Securities’ representatives at the relevant time and location.

3. Refund Eligibility (Account Not Opened)

If your trading/demat account is not opened within 15 days from the date on which:

• All required documents have been collected,

• All KYC details have been provided, and

• All required authorizations have been received from you,

you may request a full refund of the amount paid towards account opening charges.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally paid account opening fees more than once, you may raise a request through our support channel.
Ohm Securities will verify the duplicate payment and initiate the refund process accordingly.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Refund processing is dependent on third-party institutions such as:

• Banks

• Payment gateways

• Financial intermediaries

While Ohm Securities will initiate the refund promptly after verification, the final completion of the refund depends on these external agencies.
